Patricia Jooste

With over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, Patricia has established multiple businesses specialising in Treasury Management. She was one of the founders of Global Treasury Solutions, which was sold to Citadel and sat on the board of Directors. After the birth of her two sons, she started Fin Select in 2015. She has also been part of developing and implementing an electronic dealing system that provides real-time dealing and the settlement of transactions.

Lawrence Jooste

With over 40 years of experience in structured products, Lawrence is the epitome of currency risk management. Lawrence has had an extensive career ranging from a currency trader at various banks to setting up a Treasury company for Nedbank called Taquanta. After his corporate career, he started Global Treasury Solutions, which he sold to Citadel in 2012. Since joining Fin Select in 2017, Lawrence has headed up our specialised product division.

Richelle Kritzinger

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Matric, Higher Cert in Accounting, BCom Financial Planning, General Tax Prac, RE1 & RE5

Richelle entered the financial industry in 2016, starting her career in accounting and taxation. She completed her BCom Financial Planning degree in 2019, after which she pursued a career in treasury management and foreign exchange. Driven by a passion for achieving her goals and dreams, Richelle has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
